Adrian A. Arriaga, CCIM, CIPS is broker/owner of AAA Real Estate & Investments in McAllen, TX. A commercial broker since 1981, he represents investors from Mexico, China and Korea in Texas. He has also been successful in assisting American company's relocation into Mexico. He currently serves as REALTOR® of Record in South Texas for several national U.S. companies, including: COSTCO, GE Capital and JP Morgan Chase. He is President of two small real estate holding companies that include an office building and a retail center. Arriaga also holds the prestigious CCIM & CIPS designations.
