As Certified EcoBrokers we are educated in understanding how to identify, explain and promote green & healthy features in homes. We can serve as a major resource for both buyers and sellers. Boston Green Realty's specialty is assessing and calculating the dollar value of any Eco-Friendly or Energy Efficient features of either a retrofitted existing home or new construction.
