Cordano Company is a full service commercial real estate company based in Sacramento, California. Founded in 1922, the family owned real estate firm is one of the oldest on the West Coast. Beginning with its predecessor company (James J. Cordano Co.), Cordano Company is a pioneer in the field of retail development, chain store leasing, and shopping center management.

The firm developed one of the first regional shopping centers on the West Coast in 1952. Since then the firm has developed more than twelve enclosed regional shopping malls and numerous other community, strip, build to suit, and retail infill projects throughout the United States. Its brokerage division has completed lease transactions with nearly every chain store on the West Coast. The firm's property management division provides both in house and third party services.

The brokerage division of Cordano Company prides itself on its market knowledge and the level of service it provides to its clients. The firm has completed retail lease and build to suit transactions with the vast majority of retail companies on the West Coast and has been involved with a number of department store transactions in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

Cordano Company specializes in regional mall leasing and national chain store and restaurant tenant representation.
