Mr. DeLimon is an award winning trial lawyer, and former prosecutor, who served as a homicide attorney in one of the nation's largest District Attorney's offices, before starting his own criminal defense and civil rights firm.

Mr. DeLimon attended one of the State's best law schools, the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2004.

After law school, Mr. DeLimon was hired by the Riverside County District Attorney's Office and quickly became a rising star within the office. Mr. DeLimon served in the drug unit, domestic violence unit, and gang unit, before being promoted into the prestigious homicide unit. During his homicide career, Mr. DeLimon distinguished himself as one of the office's most talented and best prepared trial attorneys. Mr. DeLimon tried nearly 70 jury trials, including 30 homicide cases, numerous high-profile cases, and some of the state's most complex death penalty cases. In one high-profile case, Mr. DeLimon successfully tried a death penalty case against eight opposing attorneys. Mr. DeLimon is one of the few attorneys in the history of the District Attorney's Office who earned the attorney of the year award four times in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2015. His successes in leading criminal investigations and trying case in court have been featured in numerous television shows including ID Discovery, NCIS "The Cases They Can't Forget" and "On The Case" with Paula Zahn. Mr. DeLimon has also appeared on television and radio on numerous occasions. Mr. DeLimon has also taught at a number of criminal investigation and forensic sciences courses throughout Southern California.

After leaving the District Attorney's Office, Mr. DeLimon started his own firm where he focuses exclusively on criminal defense and civil rights cases. Mr. DeLimon prides himself on using his many years of criminal investigation and jury trial experience to skillfully and aggressively defend his clients. He is regularly consulted by families trying to protect minor children charged with criminal offenses in juvenile court, high net-worth individuals facing complex white collar crime investigation, and individuals charged with the most serious forms of homicide.
