A graduate of the University of California-Berkeley with a degree in business, I have been selling real estate full time in Chico since 1979. After receiving my broker's license in 1984, I became broker/co-owner of Baywood Company(later Prudential California Realty)in 1985. We sold the company in 2004 and I started Deromedi & Associates in 2006. Over the last three decades, I have been very active in the Chico Association of Realtors including being President in 1998 and Realtor of the Year in 1999. In 2007, I was #1 in total dollar volume for residential sales in Chico.
