Willie Stewart has been in the Real Estate business for 24 years. She was a top salesperson for Century 21, then moved to Re/Max and then opened her own business in January 2008. We asked her what her favorite part of real estate was, and without hesitation, she replied that she loves seeing the look of happiness on her clients faces when she gives them the keys to their newly purchased home. "I'm about relationships. My goals are to help others meet their goals, whether that's selling a home, purchasing an investment, building a home or helping one of my agents do better in this business"

Willie believes in hard work, long hours and an inside view of our housing market and economy. She is one step ahead of most other real estate professionals in her technological approach to selling. She is a member of several MLS in the State of Washington so she can market the seller's properties to where the buyers are coming from...Seattle, Vancouver, along with the majority of the state.

Investment properties are her speciality and she is a listing broker for HUD, Bank of America, GMAC, Fannie Mae, HSBC, Banker's Asset Management and others. She also has bankruptcy and short sale properties. Willie says some of them are incredibly nice homes and buyers should certainly look at them for opportunity!
