Steve, principal of Donahue & Associates, has over 20 years of real estate industry experience with expertise in Real Estate Development, Brokerage Services, and Asset Management. His brokerage offerings include Retail (ICSC member), Office, Industrial, Land Development and Investment Services. Steve's fifteen years of working in the greater Burlington market combined with an understanding of all facets of the real estate industry provides clients and customers with a unique combination of insight and skills. Steve's knowledge of the industry combined with his energy and enthusiasm enable him to provide his customers with the best service possible. Steve lives in Burlington with his wife Sue and four children Kaitlin, Amy, Ian, and Mia. A proud UVM alumna, Steve follows and roots for the Catamounts at the many University sporting events, as well as participating in many community activities.
