In 1980, Jack J. Fine founded the firm, which is now known as Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Our firm is a medium-sized plaintiff's law firm providing individualized service to people injured by the negligence of others in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, products liability cases and other personal injury matters.

We believe our smaller size ensures our clients will receive personal care. We strive to offer the best possible representation combined with compassion and respect. Our law firm is also widely known for community giving and volunteer work.

Our firm includes five lawyers, five legal assistants, supporting assistants, six to eight legal clerks and administrative personnel and investigators. All of our personal injury attorneys have considerable courtroom experience. This means we don't have to retain separate litigation attorneys, as some firms must.

We have up-to-date litigation support equipment that includes legal research tools through Westlaw online. Because we are based in a historic office building in Gainesville, Florida, we also have easy access to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, should your case present a particularly obscure legal issue.

Our support staff is just that: a support staff. There is no bureaucracy in our firm. The lawyers in our firm personally handle all the cases in the office, providing individualized and hands-on representation. Nevertheless, many of our paralegals have more than 20 years of experience, and several of our law clerks are currently attending prestigious law schools. This provides an even greater benefit to our clients.
