Born and raised in Wilmington, NC, Gwen graduated from New Hanover High School in 1970 and North Carolina Central University in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration. Having bought her first property in 1976 and two more within a couple of years, the real estate interest had begun. Gwen began her licensed real estate career in 1983 with a local Century 21 company and founded G. Flowers Realty in 1985.

Having purchased, renovated, appraised and sold residential and commercial properties in Wilmington, NC, Gwen developed experience and a vision for value. Working with first time home buyers, investors, 2nd home buyers, and move up home buyers, Gwen has knowledge and experience in all areas of the real estate market. The goal is to make each transaction a learning and profitable experience for buyers, sellers and the agent. Each transaction is given the time and professionalism required.
