Gerbers Law, S.C. was established in 1993 by Attorney Terry J. Gerbers. Our attorneys practice primarily in the areas of commercial and business law, real estate, civil litigation, banking law, probate, and estate and business succession planning. Our goal is to serve the Green Bay, WI community and local businesses by providing comprehensive and effective legal counsel. To that end, we take the time to understand each client's individual needs and goals, and we work closely with our clients to find practical solutions specifically tailored to their own unique circumstances.

As experienced trial attorneys, we also litigate complex commercial disputes on behalf of our individual and corporate clients in both state and federal court, and we have extensive appellate experience. We also provide estate and business succession planning.
