Neil was born and raised in Cumberland County and has a good understanding of what is happening in the area, and how to complete transactions from start to finish. He is interested in serving, not only local clientele, but also bringing in clients from around the country into the exciting Fayetteville, NC market.

Patrick began his real estate career in 2005 by assisting with the leasing and management of shopping centers. He currently represents sellers and buyers of commercial real estate, provides tenant representation, and leasing and management of commercial properties. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Patrick served five years in the Army Reserves and attended North Carolina State University.

Patrick was awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in October 2007 and the Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designation in June 2011. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the North Carolina and Fayetteville Realtor Association, and the Fayetteville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce. Patrick is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina.
