Joe Wolvek has helped his clients purchase and sell hundreds of properties for home and investment in the Back Bay, South End, and other downtown neighborhoods, as well as Brookline, Cambridge, and other inner suburbs Since 1992. During his 20+ years in real estate, he has brokered the transaction of everything from studio apartments to apartment buildings, covering all price ranges.

In November of 2011, Joe was names an Associate Director of Sales. While he does have a role in assisting and advising ownership and agents, his primary and overriding job is still to assist and guide current and new clients in purchasing and selling real estate.
Due to his experience, Joe has a very detailed knowledge of Boston's neighborhoods and their real estate markets, having participated in transactions in literally hundreds of properties throughout the city. He's been interviewed and quoted in, among others, the Boston Business Journal, the Boston Globe, and the South End News.
From 1998 through 2007, Joe was affiliated with Coldwell Banker, where he won several Sterling Society awards as well as the Diamond Society award, both for outstanding sales. From 1994 through 1998, he was with Boston Realty Works. He was the leading sales broker at that company, managing their Fenway office through the end of 1998. From 1992 through part of 1994, he worked at Newbury Street Associates.

In addition to keeping his buyer and seller clients apprised of current market trends and the latest listing information, he is also able to leverage his commitment to internet technology by using innovative methods of communicating listing and other information to his buyer-clients. For his seller clients, in addition to the traditional brokerage techniques, he make use of innovative e-marketing techniques as well blogging and making use of social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Joe has lived in Boston since 1976, and has witnessed the many changes our city has undergone. In 1980, he graduated the Berklee College of Music with a Bachelor's degree in applied performance on the guitar. During the 1980s and 1990s, he performed with a variety of local jazz, R&B, and original rock ‘n roll bands.
