Louis Mitleider started this family owned real estate business in 1927 in downtown St Louis, Missouri. His son in-law Harold Klamen went to work for him in 1946 and he subsequently began Klamen Real Estate Group in 1955 in the "Loop" in University City. The business has been at its present location, at 7508 Delmar since 1966. In 1981, Harold's son Kelly joined the family business. Since its inception, Klamen has built their business on integrity, honesty, and fairness. They specialize in buying distressed property in St. Louis city and county in its current condition.
