Our management porfolio includes all types of income producing properties, the majority of which are single family homes, duplexes, condos and small to medium size apartment buildings. We also manage retail and commercial properties as well. Most Klos managed properties have a "Managed By" sign out front. Born in Yonkers, New York, and raised in Morristown, New Jersey Tim has been a Colorado resident for 30 years. A 1980 graduate of the University of Colorado, Tim enjoys most everything about the Colorado lifestle from skiing to golf and fly-fishing, "There is always something to do in this state or in this city. I wouldn't live any place else". Involved in the local real esate market since the early 80's Tim's knowledge of the central Denver income property market as a property manager and real estate broker is a benifit to all that have worked with him.
