Michael Bradley, Attorney at Law
"To begin with, let me just say that when your personal health or future financial security are at stake in the outcome of a workplace injury claim or civil lawsuit, you are absolutely right to be careful about the attorney or law firm you choose to represent your interests.
Understandably, you want the best outcome possible.
Let me tell you a few things about me and my law firm:
I am part of a 100 year old family tradition in the law. My grandfather, father, many of my immediate family are also in the legal profession. I am personally guided by the belief that the practice of law ought to still be an honorable calling deserving of the highest standards of professional responsibility and ethical conduct.
Choosing a law firm that can put more lawyers and more staff members to work on your case does not guarantee more personal attention or increased compensation. Unlike many of those ""litigation machines"" - my energies as an attorney are not distracted and my interests are always aligned with those of my clients. I do not make my living by ""farming out"" cases and accepting referral fees from others. Instead, I do the work myself and limit the number of cases I take on so that each case and every client I represent receives the time, energy and financial resources they deserve.
Decades of experience with personal injury cases and in other areas of practice have helped me develop the legal knowledge, financial means and expert resources required to achieve successful results - even in lawsuits against large and well-defended corporate defendants"
