Charles G. Miller, CEO

Charles is the Broker-in-Charge for North Carolina and has been involved in real estate since 1975. He joined Lambe Young Jones Commercial Real Estate in 1981. The firm became Miller Jones & Associates in 1987 and has operated as Miller Hatcher Commercial Real Estate since 1991.

Charles assisted in the development of: Stratford Executive Park, Highland Plaza Office Park and the Redevelopment of Peace Haven Shopping Center. He manages 500,000 square feet of Investment Property, provides site selection services for clients, and markets land development projects. His specialties include: Tenant Representation, Leasing, Sales and Property Management of Offices, Medical and Industrial Parks.

Charles has lived in Winston-Salem since 1965 and has served in many positions in the Winston-Salem Board of Realtors: past chairman of the Winston-Salem Commercial Listing Exchange, past vice president of the Board of Directors, past chairman of Realtors Political Action Committee, past chairman of Strategic Long Range Planning, past Director of the Board. Charles is also a Commercial Property Management (CPM) candidate and an active member of the Rotary Club of Winston-Salem.

Rod is the Broker-in-Charge for South Carolina and has been in commercial real estate since 1975. In 1991 Rod merged his commercial real estate business, Carolina Commercial Brokers, with Miller Jones & Associates to form Miller Hatcher Commercial Real Estate. Rod also has experience as a general contractor.

Rod has listed and sold some of the largest industrial buildings in Forsyth County including the 865,000 square foot AT&T facility, the 330,000 square foot Gravely Facility, and the 370,000 square foot Flakt building on Lowery Street. Rod was the developer of Ridgewood Industrial Park and numerous medical office buildings. Rod works with a broad range of clients such as McDonald's whom he has represented in the Triad and Western Piedmont area since 1987.

His specialties include Tenant Representation for retail and industrial properties, Commercial Sales, Multifamily Purchase and Sales, and Investment Real Estate Purchase and Sales. Rod received a BA from Guilford College in 1974 and then moved to Winston-Salem. He is past president of the Winston-Salem Jaycees and past chairman of the Winston-Salem Commercial Listing Exchange. Rod holds the prestigious designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
