Since 1993, we have provided acquisition and other real estate consultation services for numerous schools, municipalities, police and fire stations, civic theaters, equipment yards and other public facilities.

George Jakotich is a founding principal and designated broker for New Ventures Group.

Current and recently completed projects include the identification and acquisition of: a City Hall and Police Headquarters site for the City of Bothell; a 15+ acre site for the Dieringer School District; an 8 acre site for the Northshore Performing Arts Center; 10-15 acre Elementary School sites for the Mount Vernon and Issaquah School Districts; a 25+ acre site acquisition for a future Bus Transportation and Administration Headquarters facility for the Northshore School District.

REAL ESTATE PRINCIPAL

Peter is a founding Principal of New Ventures Group. His background includes 14 years experience in real estate development, development consulting, project management, and the acquisition and sale of real estate. His property transactions total in excess of 1 million square feet of building space and 400 acres of land. He has also managed the development and construction of over 1.5 million square feet of shell/core tenant improvement space for private and institutional owners.

New Ventures Group was established in 1993 by George Jakotich and Peter Folkins in response to demands from public facility managers for services and skills typically associated with private development that would benefit the public sector and educational community. Each principal brought over 10 years of development experience into the formation of the company.
