SHERRY LUTTRELL, RMP/Owner/R.E. Broker/Property Manager

Sherry, one of the partners in Pacifica Properties has 30 years of experience in Property Management as well as Real Estate sales. Most days, Sherry is in the field meeting with prospective clients as well as inspecting properties, coordinating maintenance issues and meeting vendors. Sherry's "hands on" approach assures that all properties are being properly maintained for the retention of property values and tenants.

FE' HAZEN, RMP/Owner/R.E. Agent/CFO

Fe' is the other half of the partnership that makes Pacifica Properties so successful. Fe's primary focus is on the accounting & financial matters of the company, but also handles real estate acquisitions for our clients. Fe' has 30 years of experience and her attention to detail assures that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Both Fe' and Sherry hold the prestigious designation of Residential Management Professionals (RMP). This designation is obtained by being a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and completing the rigorous body of course work experience and service on a local, state and national level.
