Pfingst Realty is a family-owned enterprise that opened in 1965 by Miriam Pfingst. Shortly thereafter Kingsley Pfingst joined forces with Miriam. The business is now owned and operated by their daughter Vicki, who started in 1972. Vicki boasts: "We've sold practically every house in Rancho Cordova at least once!"

Pfingst Realty's home is a historic train station originally known as Routier Station. The building was built in 1860 and remains one of the oldest buildings in the area.
