Sheryl Sue's career started out as an engineering secretary and has progressed through general management and property management for some of the larger Brokerage Firms in San Diego. Before joining Prudential in 1993, Sheryl was a Real Estate Administrator for the former San Diego Trust & Savings Bank. Sheryl has held a Real Estate License for over 20 years and is herself, a licensed real estate Broker. She has been a Prudential California Realty associate in the San Diego Central office, for over 12 years.

PAUL ELAM - Realtor, Development and Special Projects. Paul has held a general contractor's license and a Real Estate License for decades. Paul has built numerous homes and apartments throughout San Diego County, as a builder, developer and owner. He has 25+ years experience in Syndication, Project Development, Management, Planning, Budgeting & Operations, as well as Real Estate Finance, Marketing & Sales. Paul's varied educational background also includes Law, Tax & Accounting. After retiring from the building industry in 1994, he joined Prudential California Realty and Sheryl's group in 1996.
