The Atlantic City, New Jersey personal injury law firm was established in 1969 by Donald Targan. Mr. Targan was born and raised in Atlantic City and opened the firm after serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for New Jersey for several years.

Michael Pender joined the firm in 1997. He served a clerkship with a Superior Court Judge and has worked as an attorney in Atlantic City since 1994.
