Bill as Founder, Broker and Developer built Whitlatch Realty from the ground up some 25 years ago. Among some of his unique attributes is his background as a General Engineering Contractor and Developer. Bill has been responsible for developing a number of notable high end subdivisions in west and northwest Visalia such as Quail Run, Meadowcrest, Riggin Ranch, Valley Oak, Quail Creek, and The Courtyards At Seven Oaks.

Bill has always been noted for giving back to the community through his helping hand to many charitable organizations in the Visalia area. Among the notable affiliations has been; Board of Directors of Able Industries - Founding Member of The Good News Center - Founding Member of The Samaritan Center - Founding Member of The ImagineU Interactive Children's Museum.

Bill has also served on the KDH Foundation's Heritage Committee - Veteran's Day Committee - Rotary Club of Visalia - Visalia Board of Realtors - Visalia Chamber of Commerce - Downtown Visalians - Visalia Economic Development Corp - Tulare County Planning Commissioner.

As a family man and patron, Bill is an Extraordinary Minister of Communion for St. Mary's Catholic Church and provides communion services to those individuals unable to attend mass.
