Dave Van Drimmelen, MAI, SRA founded our company in 1978 as Bodell-Van Drimmelen & Associates. In 2010, we changed the name of our commercial division company to Van Drimmelen & Associates, Inc. Currently, we have eight appraisers. All eight are certified general appraisers within the state of Utah. Between our appraisers, we have experience on the national level in 47 states and over 120 years of experience.
