We don't handle a huge volume of cases. We don't accept every type of case that arises. We don't want all those cases. We don't need to take those cases.

We limit our legal practice to personal injury claims and employment matters. Each month, we accept a limited number of these cases from hundreds of requests. Fewer cases mean that we have more time to devote to each case, which ultimately results in a better outcome.

Our lawyers directly handle each case we accept; paralegals, adjusters and assistants do not negotiate our cases with the insurance company or employers. We are not a "mill" law firm, whose attorneys rarely see a courtroom - we truly enjoy taking cases to trial in order to protect our clients' interests.
